If you are advised to pick up your package or they have failed to deliver it, please contact the concerned shipping company (can be seen in the received e-mail). They have more information than we do.

What are the shipping costs?

It depends on the country you want the delivery to go. During the check out you can see the exact costs for the shipping to your country.

99% of the time our shipping is free of taxes, fees and duties. Customers are responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes. While this is something that happens on very rare occasions, we have no control over this and cannot estimate additional fees. This happens by your local customs and we have no control on these charges.

Do i receive a Track & Trace-code?

Yes, all orders receive a Track & Trace-code. After confirming your order we will automatically send a code provided by our supplier. This usually takes around 1 to 7 days.
